中国麻醉医生要加强围术期心脏超声学习
中国心胸血管麻醉学会心血管超声分会
［摘要］心脏超声可即时直观评估心脏的结构与功能，是围术期循环管理，特别是心脏手术重要的监测与诊断工具，但是目前其应用与推广还有待加强。基于麻醉学专业特点，围术期心脏超声应用分为初级(TTE-FOCUS)、中级(BasicTEE/TEE-FOCUS)和高级(ComprehensiveTEE)3个层次。呼吁尽快建立起更多有资质的围术期心脏超声培训基地，并根据这3个层次，制定规范统一的培训目标、教学大纲和考核标准。此举有助于麻醉医生根据不同的需求及能力，参加相应的围术期心脏超声技能培训和认证考核，从而推动该项技术的应用与普及，提高麻醉学科的声誉。［关键词］围术期;心脏超声;TEE;培训DOI:10．/j．issn．－．．04．
